Sicilian Enrico Puglisi worked as a chef when he arrived in the United States in 1980 with his American wife Karen. Even though he was bound to the kitchen, he found time to explore fishing opportunities with Karen. He also discovered Orvis and fly tying. He opened The Practical Fly Shop in 1992, which led to EP Ltd. His innovative products are making a major impact on the future direction of saltwater fly fishing.
